My wonderful wife bought me this adjustable kettlebell handle and weight stack for my birthday. Woo-hoo! Now I will be punishing myself in the man-cave (basement) with this and the rest of my instruments of self-torture (dumbbells and barbells). :-) I will post a review of this product in the near future.
